At Eve Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to start your return process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a full refund minus shipping fees will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
